Missing Dracula

Is anyone else having this issue where their Dracula is missing from their inventory?

My game is updated and I received him after collecting him from my purchase.

Tried restarting the game as well and leaving my phone for 30 mins and still nothing.

Already disappointed I didn’t get the 7* and now I can’t even play with the 6*.

First world problems.
