What happened to the extra Titan?

Weren’t we supposed to get a second titan if we didn’t get the double compensation bug? Seems to have been swept under the carpet!

Nope, they said that we will get it by friday this week.

It may be early next week. They just talked about it yesterday. Last paragraph in the post. But they're not sweeping anything under the rug.
