giveaway selector not received from 3rd of October livestream.

As per the livestream on 3rd October 2025, a giveaway of new champions selector is announced for 5 players, my id “shankey10” was also named in it.

Can anyone let me know how to get it bcz I haven’t received any email from KABAM.

Yeah mate I was one of the Cassanova Winners, give it anywhere from 3 to 7 business days after you get a message from them on twitch.

I think he is asking about how he can reply to kabam on twitch as he is not getting any reply to conversation button.
