Purchase of Grade 6 Class Catalyst Fragments

I bought fragments with glory, I don't remember exactly how many but it was within the weekly limit. And suddenly the fragment selection tab began to come out over and over again, as if I had bought endless fragments. It won't let me close it and when I restart the game I get the selection tab back. Has anyone else happened to him? I already communicated the situation to the support of kabam, but I do not know how long it may take to respond and as if that were not enough it still does not end and I cannot continue.
