Red Cyclops Buff Concept (fanmade for fun)
Red Cyclops Buff
Signature Ability:
Cyclops stores and recovers an additional 20% adrenaline. Additionally critical hits through block get entirely stored as adrenaline.
Cyclops’ special attacks gain up to 500-3500 block penetration and critical rating scaling with daunted potency.
Passive:
Cyclops can land critical hits through block and his critical damage rating cannot be decreased. His attack rating cannot be decreased by skill champions.
Cyclops can recover adrenaline while attacking the opponent’s block and stores twice the adrenaline while blocking hits. Additionally Cyclops can utilize adrenaline on defense.
Cyclops gains 95% bleed resistance and inflicts 1 personal daunted anytime he is inflicted with a bleed effect.
Switching Sides:
Cyclops does not benefit from class advantage nor detriment from class disadvantage.
Cyclops benefits from Rank 3 of the pierce mastery and it gains +10% flat potency for each rank invested.
Daunted:
For each 1% of max health recovered through adrenaline cyclops inflicts a 2% permanent daunted passive. Max 100.
Each time cyclops attempts his counter-evade or the opponent purifies a debuff (mostly the parry stun), Cyclops inflicts 2 personal daunteds.
Counter-Evade:
When attempting a well-timed block cyclops will evade and perform a counter attack instead. This generates no power for cyclops or the opponent and has a 15 second cooldown. If Cyclops’ special attack would be punished, he ignored this cooldown and triggers the counter-evade. If the opponent is unstoppable or triggers auto-block this will trigger a 1.5 second stun passive (the intention is that he has time to go up and use his heavy. Also to counter unfazed).
When performing or attempting a counter-evade, Cyclops will refresh any personal armor break or armor shattered effects on the opponent, and he gains a zeal passive for 12 seconds. Additionally the opponent is inflicted with a 15 second fear passive.
Heavy Attack:
This attack recovers an additional +100% adrenaline and grants a non-stacking 20% stimulate passive for 20 seconds. Additionally, Cyclops gains a 15 second grit passive.
This heavy attack cannot be resisted (stuff like stand your ground, Peni, or high Evo)
Special Attacks:
These attacks cannot be evaded or made to miss.
Special 1:
Each beam hit (3) inflicts a 25 second 1000 armor break passive. These can be inflicted through block. Max 3.
Any opponent suffering from armor break or armor shattered suffers from an indefinite sunder passive. Additionally whenever inflicting or refreshing an armor break or armor shattered passive, Cyclops gains a +365 cruelty passive per armor break inflicted or refreshed (reminder: armor shattered counts as three). Max 9.
Special 2:
On activation Cyclops refreshes any personal armor breaks or armor shattered effects on the opponent. The first hit pauses all personal cruelty passives (active and new) for 20 seconds. This pause can be inflicted through block.
Special 3:
This attack removes any armor breaks on the opponent and inflicts a 35 second non-stacking armor shattered passive which reduces enemy armor by 3000. This armor shattered counts as 3 armor breaks for all of cyclops’ personal abilities. (Armor breaks are not needed to inflict the armor shattered). Once per fight this attack grants Cyclops an indefinite +500 cruelty passive (this is considered a separate cruelty and doesn’t count towards the max stacks).
While Armor Shattered, this Champion's #Robot Opponents also suffer from shattered systems, which reduces Combat Power Rate, Ability Power Rate, and Ability Accuracy by -100%.
If the opponent is already armor shattered this attack deals true damage and gains up to +100% attack rating based on current daunted potency. (Armor shattered will still be re-inflicted like normal).
