Dexterity not triggering Double Track Event

I've been stuck on 13/15 points for about 8 fights. Multis Dex's each fight but they're not counting towards the event

What champ are you using

Okoye, Serpent, Red Skull, Werewolf.

All in daily quests and the yellow dexterity came up on screen
