Is miles better than punk. Only utility I like on him is unblockable attack miss, which he can cheese even at r1.

punk has more consistent utility. Your not coming across unblockables all the time and apart from that mechanic miles barely has any utility. No resistances or immunities and he has no special control unlike spunk. Miles is pretty niche honestly
