What rotation you using for Chavez?

Wiccan is actually one of the best serpent counters that's why I r4ed him. Neutelaize shut down, energy resist, can heal chip energy damage, dot based damage which serpent can't resist, can block unblockable attacks.

But nowadays there are many mystics who can take serpy pretty faster. Hopefully they don't nerf nico she is a absolute beast against

the problem with Wiccan (esp in PvP content) is yes, his neutralize can control the buffs. But when you neutralize Serp he gains cull charges, so those blocked specials eventually blow Wiccan away.

punching up with Wiccan is also really tough.

I woul say always go for sp2, and make sure serpy don't throw a special when he don't have buff immunity.
