New Champion Ideas

I wish there was a place we could send in champion ideas to kabam on who we want to see in the game. For instance, I wish we had cloak and dagger in the game. they are characters i've been waiting years to see and they have yet to even be discussed outside of one summoner choice vote which they both lost. I'd also like to hear who other people would be interested in seeing in the game
