Is robo kang broken for anyone else?

I tried going back and doing the robo kang fight just for fun and every time you take his health bar down to 1% and he starts the regen when you come out of it the screen stays black. I have done it over and over again and every time it does it. I imagine nothing will get done and this post will be ignored by the ones that matter until someone who spends a lot starts complaining that seems to be the only way anything ever gets fixed on our side.
