what's the point of having 200 relics when you only use 25/30 relics for your top champs we are being bombarded with relic shards with every event and I barely use those relics because most of them are rubbish.

Elder EQ demands a minimum of 90 champions. So there's that. Story content is most easily cleared with a good bit more than 30 champs. Your BG deck is rarely, if ever going to be just your top 30. High level AW may require some unique rank-ups that you only use there and aren't in your top 30.

I agree that most relics are fairly useless, but it's nice having a large enough supply to no longer have to worry about swapping relics every time Kabam demands we use them.
