Honestly, and no shade to anyone working the Forums, the rules have been lax all over. That's my biggest gripe with the Forum currently. They need to be enforced. I get letting things stew once in a while, but it's been bedlam. If they're not enforced, people stop respecting them. So, I don't believe it's him so much as the Forum is light on enforcement these days.
