Anyone pull 6* Silver Samurai from new featured 6* crystal?

I just opened 60+ crystals.. not a single Silver Samurai. Am I incredibly unlucky or is he missing from the crystal??

I opened 31, no Silver Samurai nor Maker.

I'm more than happy with Karolina and High Evo + dupes, but Maker would have been nice.
