Alliance Help Button
I'm gathering data to figure out my alliance help button problem. It is not refreshing the timer for my 7* Arena champs when I grind. Specifically, after using 7* champs for Arena, and pressing the help button, my alliance teammates will press the help button in kind but it does not refresh my refresh timer. The alliance help button does reduce the refresh timer on energy, but not on the arena timer.
I discussed it with our Alliance leader and he has encountered the same thing. I've already submitted a ticket to Kabam but they have not helped.
Is anyone else having this problem? Please confirm. I'd like to raise this to Kabam's attention. So far, I've gotten little help with the support ticket.
