I'm F2P and not sure who to use my resources on for 7* to R3

Who should I use my resources on to take my first 7* to R3? I have the following that I feel are the best of my 7*'s, I don't have many, maybe 12 or so.

four solid champs. I agree that Silk or Galan will have the broadest impact in the near term.

With very few exceptions, do not spend resources on unawakened champs.

Wiccan is not a significant champ.

You be patient. Make informed choices that empower you and your roster.
