Sauron Impossible Boss(Stuck at room 30)

Has anyone run across this boss in the new incursions? I’ve gotten multiple 10 hits and don’t steal Sauron power(apparently he’s immune). Heavy’s don’t work he’s 90 percent resistant and normal combos don’t do enough dmg he just heals right up.

Why would they put a boss in the game who’s literally unbeatable. I wasted so much time getting to room 30 to be stuck. If anyone has tips would be a great help

It’s too late to change anything, but curious what your hacks and synergies are you’re running. If you prioritized protection/healing over damage, you may be cooked.

I mainly went dmg. The issue I’m having is even if I intercept with boost I don’t even come close to doing enough dmg. You add the unblockable and unstoppable special he has. The fight literally feels impossible and the prices for revives are outrageous.

Are you just doing MM constantly to keep building up furies? Are you dashing back after specials to build up prowess so the specials hit harder? There's really no "easy" Sauron boss with the way Steve works, but he's not unbeatable.

For some reason I havent been able to get to a special even after 10 hit combos. I dont steal his bar of power and can’t build any on my own. I can try to double medium for furys but tbh all the fights I’ve had the whole run feel like nothing like this one. It literally feels like I’m fighting a one hit boss lol

I would still attempt to double medium to build furies and apply 3-4 poisons minimum to prevent the healing

also light attack to remove buffs

a good combo is to stun then LLLMM to both heal/nullify them apply furies

After you could do MM to maximize fury gain or rinse and repeat the previous one

yeah you got a BS troll combo of nodes. Very unfortunate that Kabam does this to players. Why was Sauron even put in the pool when you will need power steal on some of these nodes.

Then I would bleed to activate the despair mastery. You just need to be really aggressive and maybe quit and revive if he starts reviving hella.

anyway you could upload a video of a matchup?

the last option is to just restart but no promises this boss or something similar won’t show up again.

maybe even get hit and just attempt hitting into him while both of you are unstoppable

Unfortunately if I can’t get him down II just won’t do the event I’ve already wasted so much time and resources on this run alone. Sad part is I thought I was done. Once I get a revive I’ll try to upload the fight

I don’t think Sauron can have his heal rate modified? So this is a roadblock as despair will not work on him. And I don’t think you’ll get power. So your stuck with basics attacks and then waiting to bait specials while he heals back to full. Think heal block is the only option which t

That is unfortunate. I had Sauron boss in room25 and was only fight I died in barely went under 90% in any other fight. Can’t remember the nodes I had but stick to sp2 and got him down.

I’d like to see the kabam devs deal with this bs set of nodes on room 30 boss fight. Nothing but trolls that hate there player base.

I've had similar one, but worse
Sorry that it's in Russian, but basically he has those 2 nodes, which save him 100% of power. He spammed me with specials. He is basically unbeatable. Kabam, what the hell? :(

There’s nothing you can do, Sauron stops the despair mastery from working against him

OP, if you’re willing to spend a little bit to finish the run, I would just sit tight for a couple of days. I won’t be surprised if Kabam unveils a special offer for incursions revives / pots — hopefully at a discount.

it’s obviously predicated on OP being able to do SOME damage each run. If he’s healing to full after every combo, then yeah he’s obviously f’d.
