Bg solo rewards

I still haven’t received my bg solo rewards. Has anyone else had an issue?

What do you mean by solo rewards? There is no more solo event, so you wouldn't get that. The only other rewards are for making it to the gladiators circuit. Did you make it to the circuit? After you made it, did you play at least one match? You only get those rewards if you play at least one match after reaching the circuit.
