
New Immunities : Immunity to Faulter, Fatigue, Concussion,Rupture,slow and Decelarate (Head related Immunities and ways to not lose your evade and not lose Plasma damage) , Maker body structure grants 100% bleed resistence
(i see people saying he could have immunities but i don't realy know what kind of immunities, Neuroshock already cover most relevant mutants and against non mutant fights people usually don't need more than couple of heavies and 1 S2)
Mine : Gains a cooldown of 12 seconds normaly,30 seconds post overcharge and doesn't get destroyed
extra damage per suppresion increased to 50%
Special attacks : All hits deal a burst of plasma based on half of Maker Crit Damage rating (115%)
(More of extra chip damage and helps less skilled players to finish the fight without needing to place another mine, for higher level players this is more of less use of basic attacks)

New Immunity : 10% Poison resistence and less potency per debuffs on the opponent, up to 150%
Auto Blocks count as Well timed block, doesn't happen on defense
Awakening : Devolve increased to 3%
Aspect of Evolution increased to 5%
Aspect of Evolution becomes a permanent pre fight ability that you carry trought fights, doesn't work on defense
Evolutionary field increased to 15 seconds, Bonus and effects are active all the time the field is Up (Slow,extra attack Rating)
On attack change the reverse control to a 60% concussion, 3% extra potency for debuff during activation
Special 1 : Combo denotation expire faster if both characters are inside the field during the Activation (Have to hit the opponent directly)
Special 2 : All combo denotation is paused during this special
New Synergy : Tip the scale
High Evolutionary : Aspect of Evolution and Devolve gain flat 2% potency
Lizard : ??????
Sauron : Gain a 5% indefinite concussion
debuff, while this is active all hits pause the degeneration and personal passives for 2 seconds at max of 6 seconds pause

Wanted to work on Dracula and Frank but i'm gonna pull Frank first and see what his players would like as change
if it sounds overpowered is because i realy din't care much for balance, it's not going for the game anyway and ther balance is only next year and i have no idea if they will change what people asked
