Arena matchups

There are around 300 champs in this game why is it that when i play Arena i fight against the same champs again and again mostly this 4 champs R4 serpent,photon,onslaught and danos. Is it just made that they hope you lose your streak otherwise i find it weird when there are so many champs ??

Because the most commonly ranked champs are generally going to be the most commonly used and commonly faced ones too.
