Bugged grace statcast crystals

I just opened my last 4 thronebreakers and did not recieve the guaranteed 7 star, if I’m mistaken please feel free to clarify the situation.

It happened to me, too, but I did not bother with it. I received 3x6* relics from the Thronebreaker batch, so i was "kind of happy".

I will board all 30 Valiant crystals and record the opening this time. If it happens with this batch too, I will send a ticket with the video attached to it.

It's 24th crystal for thronebreaker ones, that's the guaranteed 7*, not 20th. It's intentional for what it seems.

The guaranteed 7* will come from 20th valiant crystal.
