Can someone clarify something about relics for me?

I took my 7 star prowler relic to r2 and I noticed that the attribute for crit damage rating switched from being a percentage addition to a point addition.

At r1 it was like +70% crit damage rating bonus.

Now at r2 it is +471 points crit damage rating bonus.

Is this not a strict downgrade? I feel like a percentage buff when calculated is worth more. Additionally on Konshu's Ankh the relic is show to give additional percent but mine is giving additional points. Does anyone know what I'm missing?

Mine is also rank 2, so I can't speak to what it said at rank 1, but I can be pretty confident that it wasn't a 70% boost. That would be absolutely insane. Put that on Shuri and she'd be doing 30-40k mediums with ease.

Can also confirm this. My prowler relic now says 444.97 but it was definitely a percentage before. If this was an intended change it needs to be announced.

edit: this might be an issue with all 7* relics. All the %s are gone and theyre all flat values now

Regardless of what the number was. I can be confident that all 7* relics were % based and now theyre all flat value based. Something changed
