Help about secondary mission

Just to be clear, If you are in a relaxed alliance or alone you can't participate in the event, right? It is tied to alliance points and contributions to aquire the keys.
I'm barely reaching 1k points to unlock the first milestone....
I guess I'm out for the second one 😅
