Anti-Venom goes straight to sp3

This happened thrice:
I throw a sp3, AV gets a sp3, even though he is nearly at 0 power.

I know why: AV dupe - Its combat power rate so not affected by Luke cages debuffs

Antivenom combat power rate is increased for each personal debuff on the opponent. So to prevent this situation you just have to bait him on SP2, he will consume debuffs and this won’t happen again.

I thought the same, but he threw special 2, I threw special 3, then he immediately went to special 3
