Raid fervor reset?

Anyone else having an issue with their raid fervor resetting after completing the in-fight missions? I keep getting to 30 raid fervor and then as soon as I complete the next prompt, it zeros out.

If you don't have a charge for your own role, then you will likely only get role force every 2nd try. Cant figure out why its only 2nd attempts, but if I go solo only every 2nd run will do big damage.
