Hello everyone,
This all started with a small problem that is now changed into something that is going to destroy my 9 years of effort and hard work.after updating the game(version 53.0.0) I had a small problem that is the game icone is not responding as a normal app icon should work so i requested a ticket and then i got an email from the kabam support telling me to uninstall then switch off the device and reinstall the game .i did everything they said but it doesn't work then i replied to that email that your methods doesn't work but what i got as a suggestion is keep trying it .
I tried more than 5 times but still the same problem and then something happened on the 6th time i tried to login to my account via Google Play games it opened a complely new account and i even tried to use that option of already linked to another account,it doesn't work....i am feeling devastated don't have the words to express my feelings.9 years of effort suddenly fades away.i tried contacting kabam support but their is no reply from their side my in-game account name is ××Lord Beerus×× that is only linked to Google Play games.so i was not able to access kabam store which is a disadvantage to me as an end game player but as long as i can play my account I was happy but now that sole happiness has been taken away from me.
I have uploaded my main account pic a little bit old and the new one .i also wanted to upload the video related to that problem but it says file format is not allowed.
