Maybe im wrong but arent those for normal aq? Also those on picture are not revives but potions…for team..

she’s dead. I use the level two alliance quest team revive

based on the provided screenshots, we can't see the issue with the Raid revive, all we see is she is not dead

You can't use a revive after you use a revive...
