Battle group assignments

In game, leadership can assign members to a battle group for AQ and AW. If a member is not assigned to a battle group and tries to join anyway, a message pops up and they can bypass it regardless. We have had several occasions in an open ally where players have disregarded the assignments and cause issues with raids. This week in particular, a player joined, didn’t respond to messages in game, went down a completed path to collect 2 chests and left the alliance. Can we get a change in game to not allow members to join if assignments are set up. Have the pop up say to check with officers to be assigned or something?
