Hey Kabam, I broke my ass completing this "EASY" Summoned symbiote Incursions event, answer me why I didn't receive the rewards of previously completed milestones

Did you join the alliance after they had completed those milestones? If so, that's why.

Yeah! I joined the alliance weeks ago, I was the 11th member to complete the incursions, why did I only receive the awakening gem shards not all the titan shards and sig stones ?????

Then put in a ticket. If you were already a part of the alliance you should have gotten them.

May I ask if there is any cool down period for new member? My alliance recruited new player who completed the Sym Incursion 2nd day after join, but his completion not count any point in Event Milestone. Thanks.

I submitted ticket accordingly.
