Double track event boosts

Is there a place in the regular in game store for the 7day boosts? I know they are in the web store but I have a Google play card.....

I don't think they added them at any point in-game on the last track. If they did, it was right towards the end. Can you add the Google Play card to your Google Pay account and use it that way through the webstore?
