How to fight Lumatrix in NM raids using WeakSpot Vanguard?

Any idea how to fight Lumatrix when using weak spot?
I need to get role force charges to get the boost and also Vigilance to counter miss after the SP1, but to get there I need to put weakness on boss - to do that I need to punish heavy or special... but I cannot punish heavy as there is the evade and I cannot punish special as there is the miss...
