7* Whom to R4 - Jean Grey (Duped) or Onslaught (Duped)

Hi,

I have 6* maxed out Onslaught. Recently I got Jean Grey and duped her. Both seems great champs and defenders. So I am a bit confused whom should I R4. Any comments or suggestions are welcome. Thank you.

Jean first in my opinion but then immediately cram for onslaught just simply because of the 6* you already have
