I did not receive my second compensation

So with the recent double compensation going out I took the liberty of grinding out acts 7 snd 8 in order to get my free to play account to valiant in order to get the more appropriately tuned valiant compensation package. However when I just hit valiant and reset my game I went from having two comensations that should be in my mail but now valiant to only having one total compensation package, now being a valiant one. Is this normal? I’m watching other people and content creators rank up to the next progression and getting both compensations but I only got one? Please fix this Kabam, I didn’t have to sit and grind out all that story mode, I chose to because of the compensation and now you took one away from me for my hard work, doesn’t feel too good. You can scan my account or whatever it is you did initially to see who all got multiple packages and you will see I did not receive two valiant packages. Please please please fix this asap, I feel cheated..

One thing to note - since you already had the compensations in your account (claimed or not), they weren't going to update. You got what you got, and what you got wasn't and won't be a Valiant tailored package. And clearly you didn't grind through content for nothing. You got a new progression with access to better rewards. Congrats on getting the only thing that was going to come from putting in that work.

As far as a compensation "disappearing". If it was sitting in your stash that entire time, it is possible that the first one expired. They don't sit there indefinitely. I don't know what the expiration timer is/was, but that's a possibility.

But at the end of the day, the only possible way of finding a solution to your problem is to submit a ticket to support.

sorry moosen but that’s incorrect, I have made new accounts and I am currently getting both compensation packages every single time my story progression goes up. I’ve also been watching content creators like Nagase doing new account runs who are also getting both compensations. This is a progressive package meaning if you tier up you get the updated package, this has happened for me for every single other package BESIDES valiant so it’s a bug and I’m reporting it so it can get fixed and I can be properly compensated.

I also think you’re misunderstanding, compensations never disappeared. I’m saying prior to valiant I was receiving 2 compensations each tailored to my progression. But for some reason once I hit valiant that was no longer the case, this seems like a bug and not intentional so I would like it fixed.

If you've already claimed at least two packages, then you aren't entitled to anymore just because an exploit didn't work the one time you wanted it to work the most. You were exploiting a bug, you're not the victim of one.

that is correct and it is not an exploit, it is just like every other progressing compensation we’ve ever had. Some comps do it some do not, there are literally content creators live streaming themselves going up in progression and claiming multiple packages, it’s not an exploit it’s using your resources smart. It’s a secondary free to play account, I was in no rush to hit valiant. I was waiting for some sort of event or compensation to smartly use my units to get more out of them since the account is free to play and then I ran into this bug. It is wrong that you’re even trying to defend this as if there’s something wrong with it? If you put in the work to go up in story progression it makes sense, just like the holiday gifts, just like almost any other free event or package or reward given out, you can’t do it infinitely, only once per progression per account so you need to use it wisely, this was my moment I chose to use it on and I was robbed, I would like it fixed so others do not run into this issue and I’d like to be properly compensated. Side note, I have already filed a ticket, but this isn’t something I would like fixed for just me behind closed doors. This is a massive issue and it needs fixed game wide, not just for me and my account.

an exploit is when you do something against the games intention, they would not allow streamers to livestream themselves claiming both compensations (the #1 BG brawl spot player mind you) if it were an exploit. Get your head out of the ground and think, this is a bug and needs fixed immediately. Sick of people trying to protect Kabam when they’re in the wrong. I’m one of the first to put someone in their place for complaining about something like a warranted nerf or elongated timeframe to receive proper compensation. But when they’re pretending they fixed everything and it’s working as intended but randomly stops working as intended and shows it is indeed not fully fixed I am going to call them out and you should be too, instead of being blind and not seeing the issue you should try being pro player. There’s no reason to think I shouldn’t get what is owed to me other than greed because you were already valiant and not able to do this yourself. Just because I chose to save my progression jump on my alternate account for a moment like this does not mean it’s an exploit nor are they void of given me what they’ve said they’re giving to everyone. It’s just idiotic to even think that makes sense.

it is intentional, therefore not an exploit. If it were not intentional and I were going out of my way to abuse it then that would be an exploit. It is common knowledge now a days that not every compensation package is a progressive package. So if it is progressive it is on purpose. So no, it is not an exploit. Only a bug that needs fixed.
