Why haven't I received battlegrounds rewards again?

This is the 2nd battlegrounds season that I have hit either Vibranium 1 or uru.. and have not gotten rewards. Where's my radiance? The 1st month I figured with all the bugs and rework, that it'll roll out late, but here we are 2 seasons later and still nothing.

Not to mention that I use 2 accounts and hit the same battlegrounds Vibranium 1/Uru mark and still nothing on either. I at least thought one would get it and a bug or what not that's keeping the other from rewards would be fixed and added, but nope... not a single reward for battlegrounds

You need to complete at least one match after reaching the gladiators circuit. If you don't, then you won't get those rewards. The rewards always come out at the same time and are not late unless Kabam communicates that they will be late.

Will try that on the next run. Didn't realize that that's a mandatory thing. Usually I hit the Vibranium 1, and don't know if it's a glitch on kabams part, but the Vibranium 1 auto turns to Uru (despite new battlegrounds season saying I was last rank Vibranium 1, but I still gotten radiance rewards). That's something kabam both really needs to both state and fix. "If you hit gladiator circuit, then fight another match to lock in radiance rewards or get nothing". Regardless of an extra fight, I should of gotten something instead of just waiting on something that never appeared and at least something that says "Hey, nice job getting this far in battlegrounds. You get nothing for going the extra mile, but at least we see you. ). "Next time fight one more match idiot and we got you.."

This is very disappointing and discouraging for trying to push battlegrounds as a alternative for other content enjoyment

Hitting Vibranium 1 is more of entering a limbo state. You're existing between the Victory Track and Gladiator's Circuit. It shows a ranking, but you're not technically there until you've completed a match. And yeah, it might be nice if Kabam did something, but I think they also operate under some degree of assumption that people aren't going to just stop playing once they reach the Circuit. It's also been 33 of the same structure, so it is widely known. Of course, that doesn't help players that are doing it for the first time.

Getting to the Circuit isn't "going the extra mile". You're actively playing for rewards and you were rewarded. Within that, you fell short of certain rewards by failing to meet the qualifications, so there is no reason for you to get anything additional for that. But to your point, said qualifications should be clearly communicated and not taken as assumed knowledge.
