Dracula Broken?

Draculas Degen is not triggering as a defender at all. On offense it works and starts at the beginning of the fight as intended. Is there a reason he is not triggering his degen on defense?

it’s supposed to be. Nowhere in his kit does it say it doesn’t work for defense it did work up until I wrote this post

I think you're mis-remembering.

His kit says very clearly, that it's active As an Attacker...
