To get the highest milestone at 5000 points you can either go for -

1. 200 Losing streak, 5000/25 = 200
2. 78 Winning streak, 5000/65 = 78

And obviously option 1 is more approachable given BGs matchmaking system, hackers/cheaters/modders and Whales.
