When can we trade in our shatter essence for 7* shards?

Did Kabam forget about it? Or can we still expect the trade in to show up?

Agreed. I keep waiting, they have the lumatrix conversion shards but no shards available for Solvarch even though we are now past the point where anyone is getting any shatter essence for him, we've moved on to the Invade final essence.
