This game moves so fast yet so slow, neglect
I have been contemplating writing this for a while, there is a lot of frustration with the state of the game and i thinking it really comes down to 3 things some are interconnected.  those three things all revolve around, greed, laziness and lack of creativity.
I am old and have seen may things, from the atrai 2600 pacman and space invaders, to street fight mortal combat and NBA jam. I am currently play 3 mobile games.
while some of my comments might overlay with some things others have said online I will only briefly recap.
Champion design, both attack and defenders this has been beautifully described by volatility and alison edits (youtubers) i am not going to say much about this as I dont know the game as well as those people.  But I will say if you are going to make these champs give us the tools to defeat them, let's not wait 6months and give us more than 2 or 3 counters. There are a lot of paths EOP  etc where 1 champ crushes paths and everyone who has that champ crushes content serpent was one of those champs everyone I know was using him, this needs to be fixed.
Story quest
I personally enjoy this content it use to be incremental, but 9.3 really saw a lack of creativity, significant harder (normalised to rewards).  Lack of creativity i cannot remember exactly but there where 8 paths of 18 where you could experience unblockable give me a break, this is designed to buy potions or revives imo.  its important to remember professional players/youtubers are always going to do this easily the game should be focusing on the other 95%.  The final boss, personally I am sick of these champs ~last 3 years of bosses designed in stages having to pause the game to remember what you need to do differently between stage not fun.  The breaking one is the single hit death in the 9.3 boss, give me a break.  This boss is actually the first time I have seen youtubers not single shot that tells you something.
War and Quest
Personally I love war it involve organisation and teamwork, Alliance quest is a necessary evil its very repetitive requires 3 to 4 logins a day, difficultly to professionals and family people. There have been minimal changes to design saga champs usually designed around old boring champs or underpowered champs.  Energy design in both need to be investigated and rewards need significant buffs (Radiance needs attention too).  My point is 7 stars rank 3 and 4 are what people need do the maths.  This stems from greed and lack of creativity imo.
Eq
Actually I am reasonably happy with this the change wasn't big but made an impact.  What is missing basically through a laziness and those who control content know this the nodes are outdated.  I have these great need champs but nodes are designed around old champs like red skull Boring.
Rewards are ok as a player with ~25.5k prestige i really dont find any point 5 and 6 star dust, this level is no longer relevant to the war and story quest content.  This should and must be replaced with higher level rank up resources.
Stores
Greed, laziness is coupled here, 4 months ago we saw Radiance enter it was great, but there have been no updates, minimal/insignificant updates to loyalty and glory store.  These stores havent been touched for so long with anything of value! one example is in glory which has just been updated after ~12 to 18month 4ta frags a couple of weeks ago you could get 2800 to ~350 glory now 8k for 500glory, personally I dont think this is good enough stores should update 4 time a year with significant updates every 6months.  that is how fast the game is moving.  Finally you want people to be involved more in the game update the stores.
Paid stores
I am a monthly spender and 4th of July spender, but I am not buying crystals or anything big.  Imo the store is too expensive 50Aud (aussie dollars) for t3a t6a you've got to to be kidding, 80 dollar prefect bond bundle (its revives) a short time ago 160 dollar 6 star Dracula (6 star) not even useful.  If these items were priced according i would spend more, if you take another very popular online game it generated 380 million USD p\a the highest costing item is 30AUD. I think alot of people will buy more things is priced correctly.
Bugs
These happen way too frequently, today fighting profx in map8 aq the screen was black.  I think people love compensation but more over they want a bug free game, these issues continuously evolve.  Just do some testing thats it.
I am no famous youtuber or play p4 war i mostly enjoy the game, but I think there is an overall lack of creativity in node design and not a lot of though about nodes with all the great new champs we have.  a lot of game modes have been neglected which is sad and it seems the new motivation is battles grounds which I find boring just because you need to buy champs to be competitive in this mode but thats for a different  thread.
