BGs unknown error

What's with the recent increase in BGs fights ending with this "unknown error" message?

You go back in and if there was still time left on the clock when you finished your fight you're thrown back into it. All health now restored to 100% but the clock never stopped, leaving you with just a few damn seconds left to do something. You guys are killing us.

I'm yet to see a formal acknowledgement of this error and it's concerning with the November update just around the corner.

Yeah. There are a lot of anomalies in the mode.

Same modders, impossible drafts, and matches where inputs fail entirely. Of course, there are the dropped matches that you’ve won, as you’ve indicated.

Kabam refuses to address it, much less acknowledge it.

Something is awry. Because I don’t know about you, but these issues are also most acute when you are one win from a level or point milestone.

I am very interested in seeing the Battlerealm Brawl, as I suspect the event will proceed without these issues. And that will be compelling evidence for anyone looking to involve outside authorities.

Yes this error does seem to occur when I'm winning. I go up against the largest of whales where I'm completely overpowered and it doesn't come up. Soon as I face someone just a few more R4s than myself and I'm actually just a win away from advancing I get this error.

It's weird that they wouldn't come out to address the issue at all. The game has been on auto-play lately. Kabam people don't care about putting out the best product possible. They do just enough to keep players sticking around

yes I have seen this as well. It cost me 3 times at least moving up in vt when I was there. Then 3 death matches in a row afterwards to have to climb again. Made gc in time for radiance but these dropped matches that kick you for no reason and then send u back in with like 30 seconds to fight after u win are ridiculous. Fix the game.

For me, it’s quite problematic. And I’m growing tired of Kabam’s negligence.

Because there are really three types of spenders generally. First, there are new players, who are trying to buy themselves time, paying to advance in the game faster.

Second, there are casual spenders, who get the Sigil, buy the occasional bundle to get through content, and toss a few bucks on spending events.

Lastly, there are people that spend high/moderately solely to stay current and competitive in BG’s.

Now, I don’t know your roster or your spending habits. But I presume you have a deck full of R3’s, anywhere between 6-12 R4’s? With that, there is no content in the game that you cannot accomplish currently. More importantly, a player doesn’t not need a single R4 to tackle any current content in this game. Accordingly, any spending is either light and casual or heavy and competitively, the latter specifically devoted to excelling in BG’s.

Either way, in accepting payments, they do have some obligation with the product they provide. And failing to acknowledge or address, rectify or remedy - all while refusing to disclose the issues to oncoming players - such is purposeful negligence, failure to disclose, and, obviously as a result, fraud.
