Please Kabam, can you do something about VT seeding?

I feel if you finish Quantum+ in GC then you should start in Vibranium, especially with the 7-days to GC radiance.

VT is Terrible, im bored of having to play constantly to run through what feels like 30 matches just to auqire trophy tokens for an OUTDATED store (because you cant keep up with your own economy for sh*t) and hit GC and actually start accruing points. On the other side if this experience, all the players I ran though in Diamond don't want me matching with them because they just want to play and enjoy the game not contend against an account with 5x their r4 roster

Starting in Vibranium almost halves the number of matches needed to be completed, it gives those who hit GC and stay Uru/Arcane the opportunity to face roster their own size so they might actually be more active in thsi game mode, rather than waiting a week or 2 for the whales to move on, and it lets the bigger accounts move into GC faster which is what 90% of people want

Your reasoning is flawed. Only people who care about hitting gc first week get to gc. The other 90% of the player base is full of whales or skilled or unskilled or mega whales, they don't care about it and they stay whichever tier they are at. Those 90% ain't gonna grind no matter what, they play in all tiers.

Theres one guy in my ally, I tagged him in line chat last season, asked him to do a match in gc, as he was in gc but havent played an extra match for 10k radiance objetive. He doesn't care and ignored. People play when they play and what they want to play.

Your primary issue is with whales... most whales don't care if they get 10k radiance or not. They have 0 incentive to move up.
