Which Relics actually benefit from the Rankup?

I.e. scale well. Just looked at 1 for a statcast and it only increased the attributes by 20 for each so i assume they are mainly for prestige.

I know some benefit a lot from the rankup like antman, thor, HB. But any others?

Venom relic is a must have but only if it's awakened. I used to run a rank 3 venom and would constantly time out even against optimal match ups. With the awakened relic though, I now finish fights in 40-50 seconds with the same venom.

Most relics don't scale well. The primary benefit is a slight increase in the rate at which they gain Spirit.

You've mentioned the Hulkbuster relic (shock damage) and Thor relic. I'd also add in the Sentinel relic (Incinerate pause) as one that is really helpful to rank up; as the Incinerate pause gets increasingly reliable; which is amazing for champs like Prowler.
