Kicked out of Symbiote incursions.

I was mid zone 19. Was very careful about not exiting. By next morning all my progress was gone. Sent a ticket to kabam. The summary of response was we won't give you and update. Check forums, and in game mail. All my potions, revives, and units were already invested at that point too. I need some answers. Long time player, and spender, but not for long if I can't get this situation fixed.

Happened to me too on my first run. Hit a roadblock, stayed there for a day and got kicked out. I was able to go in and get a run completed without using any items after that happened, though.

Glad I'm not the only one, but there's no way I'll do this without resources. used everything I had including all my units. Not to mention several hours of my time. Why would I spend money to try again knowing the same thing could happen?
