Are we still getting blacklists in battlegrounds?

I remember this idea being shown in one of Kabams slides several months ago but I hope it never materializes.
I don't necessary like seeing the same champions in every deck but it means that players are in the driver's seat and that's a good thing.
Most players aren't super whales who can buy every champ, it probably takes the average player 4-6+ months to get the latest champs if they're lucky and by the time they get them they'll be blacklisted until they're no longer as useful. Blacklists hurt the average player, not help.
