It's doable, but expensive. Basically your only option is to get the game to be more popular amongst Czechs and get it to the point where Kabam can justify the money to make the translation happen. It isn't as simple as just replacing words. If the demand for the game in Czech remains fairly low, then it probably won't happen.

Je to škoda a myslím si že to hraje dosť Slovákov a Čechov ja osobne to hrám 10 rokov neovládam anglicky jazyk na takej úrovni aby som si vedel preložiť čo treba robiť a to ma v tej hre dosť obmedzuje dosiahnuť lepšie výsledky nakoľko stále pridávajú nove ulohy raz je to tak a zasa inak kto sa ma v tom vyznať

Interesting that my normal method (Apple in-line Translate) for Forums (without having to copy-paste into Google) also does not support Czech.
