AW: 3 BGs, 266th in Gold 3 (aiming Gold 2 next season).
AQ: 8xMap 4, 4xMap 5 (100% sure for first radiance bracket and very close to second).
Raids: 2 full BGs normal raids (will likely change to 1 Nightmare, 1 Normal soon).

Requirements: Valiant player that doesn't give up vs hard r4 defenders in war. The stronger the account the better.
Brief explanation of how the alliance operates:
AQ: Easy AQ for a nice weekly amount of 2500 radiance and around 4000 glory.
AW: We don't frown upon dying but we do care about exploration and killing bosses. You can fight with no pressure and no need for resources except the 1 loyalty 40% team revives but you need to be able to clear any node. No micromanagement.
Battlegrounds: No minimum but everyone contributes.
Alliance events: We don't put pressure on players but we routinely hit top milestones. We will likely have a very strong banquet event.
