Serpent. He will be a great option to use in most content and his awakening gives you a little bit of extra safety.

Absolutely Kingpin over Blade. If you really enjoy Blade, invest in him. Better to have fun with champs you enjoy. But Kingpin is also one of the most versatile champs in the entire game.
