From experience X isn’t that good (unless I’m playing her wrong) but man thing is amazing. Which puts me at the crossroads, I also have a rintrah and I love both characters, who should be R2ed first?

Storm X is a really good pick.

She can passive her stuns if removed via purify or other ability. She can also chain in stuns from basic attack in Lightning Tempest mode that allows you to go for bigger combos.

She has prowess so her Specials hits like a truck. Her SP1 is non evadable and SP2 applies shocks and deals a great amount of damage. But her SP3 is like Havoks/Magnetos SP3, mega damage.

Immunity to Coldsnap, Frostbite and resistance to shock.

Same rewards hungry or not, except for some pointless pictures. Lots of shards no crystals.
