It's been ages since I last posted on the Forums, and I was just looking for something fun to do, so here's my concept for a Phil Coulson champion kit. As always, let me know what you think!
Signature Ability: Fury's Right-Hand ManWhen a Contingency Protocol is triggered, inflict a Trauma debuff on the opponent for 5 seconds, making all physical attacks deal X additional damage (scaling with Strategic Advantage passives)
Special 3 will inflict a 35% Suppression debuff, a 30% Concussion debuff, and a 30% Disorient debuff instead of an additional stack of Infuriate, Slow, and Tracking
Key Utility PiecesInfuriate allows Contingency Protocols to easily trigger
Slow and Tracking provide easy access to Evade and Miss counters
Ruptures are a source of damage that hardly anyone is immune to
Decreasing Defensive Ability Accuracy removes key Science threats like Autoblock
