Changing alliance locks you out of the Symbiote Sector Bonus Event

I was in an alliance that was not really active, no one did the symbiote incursions, I did them and was the only one, so I left to find more active alliance, joined the other alliance and that quest showed I did not earn a point in that event. I thought that because I changed alliance I just need to do it again, but I just finished room 30 and I didn't get 1pt as my contribution and can't get any rewards.
