With the rebalance program closing, that doesn't just mean we won't see any nerfs, but that we won't see any buffs either, right? Any time an underwhelming champ gets added to the game there will just be no hope? Like Dracula, he's not getting rebalanced now

The post says the next batch update will release but then after that it's done. Most of the post refrences how they will go about future nerfs but not future buffs.

hopefully they will just do better testing prior to release so we get buffed patriot at release instead
