What does this mean for champions who need buffs?

After the balance program, how will champions who need buff be handled?

Will Cyclops and Dracula still get buffed? Because in my opinion both could strongly benefit from a slight tweak that could make them great.

Also would Falcon joaquin torres have been buffed if he got released after the balance update closed? Example August instead of February

I just have a lot of questions I hope can be adressed quickly.

If they decide to buff a champ who has been released recently, how players know about the exact timeline and process?

We don’t know when they’ll review, when they post about buffing those champs even when the buff is going to launch since there will be no more 6-month patch after Jar 2026.

My assumption is, you’re screwed if you were sitting around hoping for Cyclops to get buffed.

There’s always the possibility of random interventions from Kabam, but generally, I think the death of the rebalance program means mid champs stay mid, broken champs stay broken. And we all just deal with it.

slight correction- broken defenders that benefit Kabam stay broken. They will “bug fix” offensive nukes

yeah, that’s an important distinction.

Short term win because we can tell ourselves there’s no need to worry about Nico / Karolina. Long term, it’s probably bad because they’ve removed any kind of process or accountability to the player base.
